The immediate supervisor will evaluate the Apprentice objectively, comparing him/her with other employees at the same job level. Evaluate only those interpersonal competencies for which you have sufficient experience or evidence upon which to base an evaluation. Review the rating with the Apprentice, and be honest in your evaluation.
